I'm Kyle Piggins, founder of Think Consulting. My background combines a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master of Information Technology and an MBA with extensive experience delivering major corporate projects and implementing business and technology systems.
That combination gives me a broad perspective, from understanding technical problems and managing complex projects to evaluating commercial decisions and improving everyday operations.
The other part of the story
Alongside my consulting work, I own and operate Gelato Wonderland, an independent artisan gelato business on the Gold Coast.
It gives me firsthand experience in managing staff, suppliers, customers, operating costs, business systems and the everyday challenges of running a small business, while finding time to improve how things run.
It's this combination of professional expertise and firsthand business experience that shapes Think Consulting's approach: understand the business, identify what matters and implement solutions that work in the real world.

I established Think Consulting in 2009. Since then, the business has delivered consulting and contracting engagements for organisations ranging from small businesses to major Australian companies, with work undertaken by me and other consultants working through Think Consulting.
Previously based in Sydney and now on the Gold Coast, my focus today is practical, hands-on support for Gold Coast small businesses. You work directly with me, from understanding the problem and agreeing the approach to putting improvements into practice.
